The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. "Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. location. Huong was wonderful, she coordinated our pick up from the airport with little notice,
and helped us immensely with our trip to Halong Bay! The staff in general were extremely
