"First time in Hanoi and we loved our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! Everything exceeded expectations. This stunningly modern hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, with Dong Xuan Market, Train Street, and tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff make this place shine! Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. Would totally recommend and stay again! Huge thanks to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"
