"Cindy, John, Bob(pop?) May, Rosie, everyone is so helpful. Amazing and so accommodating. They help me with anything I need, snacks and drinks and extra towel. Even after my checkout, they allowed me to leave my luggage and use a shower before leaving for the airport. phenomenal hotel I wish every hotel was like this."

"Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended."
