Great value near Airport

Excellent value for very large rooms and clean accommodations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful arranging our transport to Tam Coc and naking recommendations. Would definitely stay again to be close to airport

We had an amazing stay here before and after Ha Giang loop. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially when we were having difficulties with finding the bus terminal for our sleeper bus. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved everything about this hotel and we will be back if we come back to Hanoi!

We greatly enjoyed our brief stay here, the room was very clean and quiet. Giáng was incredible, he made us a wonderful breakfast, helped us arrange fairly priced transport in to Hanoi and gave us a ton of helpful tips/places to visit in Vietnam. We stayed in other hotels with more amenities but none have been nearly as helpful as the staff (particularly Giáng) at this hostel. We were very impressed and would love to stay there again!

This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy .

The room was more than you would expect from airport accommodation. It was spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom, nice water pressure, you could smell how clean the towels were. What else do you need for a good sleep after a late flight or before an early one. For this price look no further. And they provide car service at the same price as grab

I only planned for this to be a short stop over on the way to the hanoi city center. Well I got talking with the lovely receptionist Sahara and she helped me plan my whole stay in in the north of Vietnam. I was able to book all my tours with her and she kept in constant communication during the entire trip. The highlights for me were the Ha giang loop and the trip to ninh binh which you can't miss if visit Vietnam. As for the Hotel itself. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good.

深夜の飛行機の為、それまでの時間滞在しました。 まずチェックインした時ですがスタッフさんは英語が通じませんでした。 またエレベーターが無いため4階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは非常に大変でした。 他の部屋はガラガラでしたので、低層の部屋等でも空いてたら振り替えてもらいたかったと思います。

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans l’hôtel indiqué car il y avais un problème d’eau dans l’hôtel. Ils m’ont donné une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel à 2min à pied mais moins bien je dirais. Le personnel était très sympa tout de même.

Very noisy

Ankom om eftermiddagen med min kæreste og søn på 8 måneder. regnede med at vi kunne sove nogen timer inden vores fly sent på aftenen. Det var umuligt, først larmede naboen med noget renovering , senere var der nogen der rykkede rundt på møbler flere gange over vores værelse. Servicen er god men hotellet er så lydt at du kan høre hvad der bliver snakket om i lobbyen. Umuligt at sove eller slappe af eller sove i dag / aftentimerne medmindre du har ørepropper.
