"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. But the in room heater was not ok. It had. A peculiar smell when I turned it on. I can’t really describe it, but think old dust. We were awake watching tv when it turned on but it was not hot air/heat. It was ice cold. I double checked and the thermostat was set for 70, the thermometer read 68, (it had worked appropriately when I first turned it on, despite the smell). I increased the temp settings but it continued to blow cold air. I will say the blower motor/fan works very well , it was very powerful. This happened on my second night there. I had only intended to stay 1 night but I was not feeling well, I booked an additional night online called the front desk to let them know I had payed online. The lady who answered wanted me to come down and pay the deposit for the second night. I told her I would when I got up, (checkout is 11am I had time to go back to sleep) I knew I was not feeling well , but I truly did not expect to sleep until 4pm. I showered and went to lobby to pay the additional deposit around 5pm. It was around 11pm the heater malfunctioned. After being sick all day "

"A friend of mine & I brought our girls here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had a suite so the girls could have a girls' night, using the pool & hot tub which they loved, & then spent the rest of the time hanging in the room & playing games etc. The pool was the perfect temp - not too cold. The next morning, my friend took her girls down to breakfast at about 9:30, while my daughter & I stayed in the room. About 5-10 minutes later, the door opened & I walked around the corner to see if they needed help. However, it was not our friends entering the room, it was housekeeping. No knock, no announcement, nothing. When the woman saw me, she said she was coming to see if we needed towels or trash taken out. She did not have towels in her hand & this was an hour & 1/2 before checkout. Since when does housekeeping come to doors asking if you need towels? Usually you call them & they come knock on your door, announce themselves & have towels in hand. What if everyone had left while I was in the shower, so the safety bar lock wasn't able to be put on, or I had walked out in a towel thinking I was alone in the room? In this case my child was with me, so she would've been alone if I was showering, while a stranger just walked right in. It was very odd to say the least & I reported it to the front desk at checkout. The room & facilities were nice, just beware & take your personal belongings with you when leaving the room & keep the bar lock on at all times."

"Arrived very late & was able to check-in expediently. Staff was there to greet me. The facility is spotlessly clean. Observed staff continually cleaning floors and vestibule. Everything looked & smelled clean and fresh."

"Great hotel! Very clean and updated with full buffet style breakfast included in your stay. Parking was free and location between downtown and airport was perfect for us. Front staff were nice and engaging. We were there for a short trip to catch the basketball game. I would return again!"
