A comfortable stay except bathroom has no door making the attached toilet and the floor wet after bath. Very convenient location, metro station close by. Friendly staff. We shall come back again.

The hotel location is quite awesome, close to West Lake & Street food which is bonus. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they speak english very well too. The hotel is quite old and need renovation. It doesn't matter to me, I need a good location to explore.

杭州観光の拠点に良いです

地下鉄「定安路」から近く、にぎやかな南宋御街や清河坊エリアにもすぐにアクセスできる、たいへん良い立地です。西湖に行くにも10分ほど歩けば良いです。 部屋は一人旅には過不足ない作りで、清潔です。 バスルームは中国式でトイレや洗面台との間に仕切りがありませんが、換気扇を回せばすぐに乾くような床の素材になっています。 窓口の方は英語ができる方がいるので、中国語はできなくても安心です。 コスパも良く、満足度の高いホテルでした。

酒店前台的耐心姑娘

最主要是前台態度很好，因為本人國語比較差，但他們表現是明顯的有耐心，問題解答亦很細心，房內整潔，房外通道空間亦算很好（相對貴價酒店當然略遜一籌）！附近交通......因為每次出門也是滴滴，所以沒留意。整體來說，（最差到最好由1-5比分）房間整潔5，房間舒適度4，性價比4，再加一項舒心度5++，所以再到杭州，這酒店會是不二之選！

Hôtel tout confort... où on parle que chinois

Chambre très confortable et très propre ! La rue dans laquelle l'hôtel est située est très agréable: des petits cafés et restaurants plus joliment décorés aux offres plus originales les unes que les autres ! Point négatif cependant: le personnel de l'hôtel (l'Accueil notamment) ne parle pas un mot d'anglais... que du chinois... ça complique un peu les choses !

場所は便利で宿泊だけなら十分満足。

フロントでは英語はもちろん日本語も通じませんが、スマホの翻訳機能を使って一生懸命に対応してくれました。 部屋は可もなく不可もなくといったところですが、シャワーが弱いのが少し不便でした。 場所は便利で、駅からも近く、周辺は歩行街となっていて食事やお土産を探すのにも便利です。 ただ、Google Mapが示す場所は少しずれていて、実際には駅の反対側、中山中路にありますので、注意が必要です。

i stay in block c this time and cant sleep the whole night as someone played basket ball at 1am in the morning?? the guest next door keep talking and smell cigarette. the lobby is the worst area which is full of smoke. wish smoking is prohibited in the lobby area.

The price was right and the location couldn't be better; right near the metro and on the pedestrian street Hefang Street. The room had no window, but was clean and comfortable. Those with an aversion to cigarette smoke should be aware that rooms nearby are smoking rooms. The hotel is a bit rundown with worn and dirty carpets in the hallway, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff had some English and were very helpful.

I loved this hotel as it was inexpensive and really centrally located, right on the pedestrian street - Hefang Street. It's a two minute walk from the metro station, right near dozens of restaurants, shops, and cool old buildings.... The front desk staff spoke some English and were very helpful and willing to use my phone translator when needed. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean (although the rugs in the halls were not) and the bed was comfortable. I was travelling alone, and stayed four nights and felt very safe. The hotel was quiet. The only downside is that for the cheap price I paid, there was no outside window. Also although it was a non-smoking room, when the heat/ventilation system came on in the evening the smell of smoke was evident. Getting to the hotel from the train station to the hotel was easy, but it's a bit more difficult to get to the airport by public transport as it involves both metro and bus. A taxi will run about 150-250 Y and the private car I reserved (it was spring festival and I was worried about finding a cab) cost $300 Y . All in all I was very pleased with my stay here and plan to stay again.

於11月16，17两晚入住，其他房間傳來非常擾人的，似在聚賭，大聲闊談的聲音，至12時才止。嚴重影响需要休息的遊客。餐廳早餐实惠，其他可接受，工作人員友善熱誠!

Excellent location and value

Excellent location in pedestrian street of West Lake area. Staff helpful, good wifi just a bit run down as is common with budget hotels in China but still good value. Note that taxis can only get to within 100m and walk the last bit but on the plus side, no traffic noise outside your window so worth the walk!

Good value for your buck.

Good value for your buck. Excellent location for shopping and food. Room needs a bit of renovation, but is still acceptable. Most annoying was the excess shower water that wouldn't flow away after showering due to too level tiles and kept the complete bathroom floor wet. Would be nice too to match the pictures and description with the actual room size.
