Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) ...

The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. Very convenient to the terminals 2 and 3. Stress-free morning departure after a good night's rest. Internet was a little lagging every now and then, but no major issue. Would stay again!
