"We loved our stay at this resort. The drive up was pretty intense as it’s out the way, so we didn’t spend loads of time in the accommodation but wow the views were incredible morning & evening looking out to the river!! Food was nice, staff very friendly. They had dogs on site which were very friendly also. Can be very noisy throughout the night with dogs howling and birds."

"This hotel was beautiful, but the road to get there may not be worth it. It eventually turns into a dirt road and it can be dangerous. It is a very long way up the mountain. The only way to get there is a tuktuk or scooter, but that still could be dangerous. Just know that it is a long way out of Kandy."

They charged a lot for a very basic breakfast, almost 5 times what you would get outside for better food. 3. No air conditioning and dirty rooms. There was a dead frog in our bathroom. Dust bin was very dirty. 4. The view was blocked by trees. 5. No telephone or credit card in this hotel. They want only cash. There are other properties nearby...
