"Property was under construction with no warning. Pool was closed with no notice. Kids were running through the halls and taking the elevator up and down with seemingly no supervision. The room itself was clean, however, if we’re ever in the area looking for a room for the night, we will choose other options over Sleep Inn & Suites."

"Had one nign Booked and once we arrived we was informed all they had available was the 4th floor and elevators didn’t work. Well my wife is on oxygen and couldn’t climb the Steps. "

"I had booked through Expedia and they said they didn't have my reservation. Upon my room being cancel at $93 dollars, they had no rooms available except for my room that they said they didn't have reserved just opened up. Make that make sense? I said, "okay I will rebook". They tried to charge me $100 dollars more and I am still battling with getting my $93 dollar refund at a hotel that I didn't stay at, as I went to one up the road. "
