Modern business style hotel. Best shower I have had in Argentina, Very good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. Current low value of the Argentina Peso made this a very good deal.

O hotel Grand Dakar é novo e bastante moderno. A cama é grande e bastante macia. O café da manhã é muito satisfatório, contando com sucos, café, ovos, frios, pães, doces, etc. Considero um hotel muito recomendável.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept.
Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating.
Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one.

The place is very well located and well maintained. Also, they left a really nice bottle of wine and some other stuff, which was really appreciated. I strongly recommend this place!

We stayed here on our honeymoon. The rooms were large, lovely and clean. The location was really good in Mendoza and the breakfast was great. The staff were amazing, super helpful and looked after you.

The hotel is very central. The staff are very professional. Apart from smallish rooms it would be difficult to find fault with it. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Hotel location is very central and within a walking distance to almost everywhere. Great hotel for short city break, however even greater hotel for an expedition "base" due to the fact that one of the ladies who works at a reception desk speaks English, perfectly and has great knowledge about Mendoza and can help with almost everything.

Really great hotel, in wonderful location right by very pleasant green Plaza, with easy walking to all downtown locations, including the famous Beer Street ! where during Happy Hour ( up to 9 pm ) Craft Beer in Hangar 52 was two pints for Pesos 140. Tours to Vineyards and the Andes Vilages collected from hotel
Really could not have been better, and prices very reasonable

The location is just about perfect for those whose priority is walk ability for good restaurants. The a/c was hit and miss. The bed was fine and the pillows were good.

The hotel itself was very nice! Poop was slightly smaller than anticipated
On the Saturday night of my stay I was waken up at 4am by some very loud music - not sure if this was coming from inside the hotel or outside.
The walls are very thin in the hotel and you can hear the people in the room next door speaking.
But the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean!

It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived. The reception staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.
The self service breakfast was very good. All food on offer was excellent. This is a very old hotel but it's clean good value and right in the centre of the city. Very convenient for shopping and dining out.
