I've stayed at the Sheraton Hotel & Casino as well as the Hotel Diplomatico in Mendoza. I only had two, minor complaints. The location just isn't as good as the Sheraton & the Hotel Diplomatico. You'll need to take taxis everywhere. However, there are nearly always taxis outside waiting at the shopping mall or the casino. The second is that I could hear my adjoining room, most people weren't loud except for what I suspect was a bachelor party. But these are minor complaints. I thought it was an excellent value for a significant discount. I strongly recommend the Hotel & Casino Condor De Los Andes.

Confortável porém sem um bom restaurante
Hotel agradável porém por ser um Hilton esperávamos que houvesse um bom restaurante reservado para refeições. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar.
Quarto espaçoso, cama e travesseiros muito bons e toalhas de qualidade.
Embora não estando no centro da cidade, fácil locomoção por taxi ou Uber.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, porém peca na manutenção. Acredito que já tenha uns anos de funcionamento e algumas coisas parecem estar ficando obsoletas ou mal cuidadas.
As partes mais positivas estão relacionadas ao atendimento impecável, o bom serviço de quarto e refeições e um café da manhã bastante completo, repleto de variedade e com possibilidades de solicitar alguns pratos feitos na hora.
A localização também é legal para quem quer visitar vinícolas e a cidade, ficando em um ponto intermediário que te ajuda a fugir um pouco do trânsito.
Do lado negativo:
O chuveiro é difícil de ter a temperatura regulada. Tanto no piso, perto das divisórias, quanto no ralo e no próprio chuveiro há marcas de lodo e outras sujeiras que parecem estar ali há um tempo. Quando acordávamos de manhã, às vezes sentimos um pouco cheiro de esgoto do retorno dos ralos.
O ar condicionado não gelou muito, às vezes parecia que ele desligava por um tempo antes de ligar de novo, chegando a fazer calor durante a noite.
A roupa de cama era muito boa, apesar do colchão estar um pouco gasto e curvado.
No geral, é um bom hotel, porém acho que deixa a desejar um pouco pelo preço cobrado.

Super opção em Mendoza
Excelente opção de estadia em Mendoza. Proximo ao centro, cerca de 5 minutos de carro. Localizado em frente ao Shopping Mendoza e a um parque lindo para caminhadas. O Hotel é muito bonito, atwndimento excelente.

Alojamos en una habitación doble standard, tenía una TV normal y chica, además se escuchaba la música del vecino. Lo demás increíble las instalaciones, el personal, la habitación, la ubicación excelente teníamos un mall en frente con cine, tiendas supermercado y lugar para retiro de dinero argentino.
El costo precio calidad es totalmente favorable, sin dudas volvería nuevamente.

Ótimas instalações, confortável e limpo
A estadia foi ótima, os atendentes foram sempre atenciosos e cuidadosos. A limpeza é ótima e o quarto super confortável, amplo, cama boa, banheiro grande com banheira. O hotel conta com um casino que é bem bacana. O ponto fraco é o café da manhã, apesar de não ser ruim, poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Carpete muito sujo nos quartos
O Hotel muito bom, mas o que pecou 100% foi o carpete sujo e cheio de cabelos dentro do quarto. O aspecto externo do quarto também por conta do carpete poderia melhorar muito o sentimento de limpeza.
Café da manhã muito bom, quartos amplos.
Tirando a questão da limpeza o resto tudo perfeito.
