We order the suchii had 2 inches of cream cheese, pizza was a frozen item , the chicken wings were over cook an old, we also order the club sandwich that had chicken n no bacon on a old sougy bread … they charge for ice when it supposed to be free … I have stayed there several times but never order room service n probably not order room service again , they brought the food in a dirty dish cart an handed the food in the door "

"This hotel was great ! The location is so close to the main tourist points in Guadalajara Jalisco . The staff was so friendly and always ready to assist your needs. It’s quite and enjoyable always from all the city noise I loved it and plan on staying there again ! Very colonial and culturally rooted !"
