"This place was amazing! Super easy and efficient check-in. The upstairs pool area was to die for and the room itself was absolutely dreamy for our 20 year anniversary! We left Costa Sur hotel because it was disgusting and at the last minute booked Pinnacle 220 and it was such a treat. I was ready to buy a property there!! "Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."
