"Great place. 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz (a decent size train station) and close to local trams and busses. The apartment was a nice size and located in a good area with lots of shopping around! We struggled with the front door code as we thought it was part of the address but were met with super quick customer service over whats app, where they clarified our mistake. Great space, great customer service. I'd rent from them again. "

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...

"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light. We disliked that there is a stair leading to a second floor/room that were weren't aware about. We were concerned of the guests upstairs accessing our apartment. Owner was responsive and gave us clarity, however these conditions weren't disclosed when we rented the space. The check in process (finding the apartment by pictures) was tedious and odd as was the shower in the apartment which only had a hand shower that...

"It seems they didn't change the bedsheets both in the room and the sofa bed. We found long hair and body hairs on both sheets. The tab is the toilet is broken so we have to wash hands somewhere else after toilet. The kitchen is not well cleaned. There's wifi appears on the connection list but it can never be connected. However, it's a spacious apartment to hangout."
