Very clean room bed linen,towels were spotless. The beds were very comfortable too. Friendly staff.

Super hotel, really liked the location. Big, comfy, quiet room. The thing I didn’t like was when I had to pay a €4 city tax (by Apple Pay) they charged my card €52 and now I have to wait for a refund. If I’d known, I would have paid the city tax in cash to avoid this. I wasn’t warned before I tapped my phone on the reader!

I eventually stayed in the Goethe business hotel which is attached to the main hotel, the room was wonderful comfy and cosy, the staff were always very nice and helpful. I really have no complaints whatsoever, it was a welcome relief at the end of the day. Its location though slightly tucked away is also very central

This without doubt is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Frankfurt! Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are really modern, clean, fresh and a good shower! Plus the beds seem to be comfortable with various pillows to use. The restaurant is quality, breakfast choice and quality seems to be really good, dinner I had the bbq cauliflower wings and the Atlantic burger, both were delicious. Great Ibis, modern decor and furniture in public areas . Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, quiet too, had a good nights sleep on 5th floor overlooking park. Perfect location for us as we were going to the Stadion am Brentanobad. Staff told us bus 34 would take us there, they were very helpful, attended to all our needs. Me and my family staid overnight only. Very clean, decent size room and bathroom.

Well appointed room, plenty of space. Excellent bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great. Continental breakfast was a great start to the day. Only one minor issue, the room safe was small, I wasn’t able to fit an iPad. Hotel is on a busy road, soundproofing was effective. Great public transport close by.

From the Hauptbahnhof, one can approach the hotel from Karlstraße. Avoid other roads opposite the Hauptbahnhof. This hotel is great for a short business or leisure trip to Frankfurt. It is within 10-15 minutes walk to the Innenstadt which may be approached via Mainzer Landstraße. The Grüneberg Park with its Palmer Garten and Botanischer Garten is a nice place to visit and may be followed by wonderful cake and tea at the Siesmayer Cafe in Siesmayerstraße.
