Great hotel and has rapidly become my favorite place to stay in Surabaya. Clean and spacious room, great location and I can’t complement the staff enough. All the hotel team were helpful, friendly and made the stay all the more enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough!

Quiet, sound proofed

Very well set out accommodation.

This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience.

This hotel is a masterpiece in all senses, and especially to someone how likes to be transported back to colonial times. The architecture is simply the finest, the courtyards inside beautiful, the overall feeling everywhere priceless. The reception, restaurants and old entrance lobby are filled with history in every corner with a meticulously work of historic preservation worth to mention. Good new hotel, very clean and staff are very friendly

Hotelnya sangat bersih, property terawat dengan baik, fasilitas lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik, namun makanannya jauh banget dibawah standar dan juga sikat gigi di room terlalu tipis.

The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff were so welcoming. They always had a greeting or a smile. All were very helpful including recommending trips for a day away like visiting mount Bromo.

Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment. Calm atmosphere all around.
