Inconsistent service. Some staff are excellent, but some less so. Our room was not regularly cleaned, and when it was, it was not replenished. We ran out of shower gel on day three of six nights and it was never replenished. No coffee cups and we had to ask repeatedly for our room to be cleaned and even then it was not. Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊 Convenient to shops and eateries and an easy drive into Portland.

Lovely breakfast- amazing pancake machine. The place was very fresh and new. Parking was easy, staff were nice and deposit paid back very quickly! Would definitely recommend

Nice hotel, easy to find, close to a highway. Ample free car parking. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Had a great stay staff very warm and friendly ,nothing to much trouble always willing to help,room nice and large, bed very comfy I usually complain about hotel beds either too soft or hard but this one was spot on brill nights sleep every night,breakfast was basic but ok not a massive choice ,overall a really enjoyable stay and would stay there again

This hotel is located just a 5 minute (easy and flat) walk from Mt Hood station, the very first stop on the train from the airport to the city centre (note: they also have a shuttle service). I found the service so convenient that I stayed at this hotel while on a 3-day visit of Portland (the train only takes 30 minutes to Pioneer Square). Staff very friendly, there is a shop by reception with some essentials (soft drinks, beers, wine, snacks, sandwiches, toiletries, aspirin). Good amenities...

A laid back and colourful hotel, the vibe of which is perfect for the city of Portland. The staff were briliant, the advice they gave and going that little bit further to provide fantastic customer service by running around on Sunday night to see which places were open for food.
