"they need to do a lot of Maintenace. g
Guttering falling off. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint and carpets replaced. Oven dirty, still had old foil in the bottom."
"This was a perfect stay for us as we helped my mother move house and would be great for anyone wanting beach, restaurants and shops but you'll need a car. Great stay - thank you!"
"A beautiful old home, beautifully presented. A lovely lounge area to relax in with a well appointed attached kitchen. Bed very comfy, bathroom perhaps a little small to our liking Sally very friendly and helpful "
"It was on a quiet back street within 3-4 minutes walk to the main street. The staff were efficient and friendly. There were great dining options nearby and it was a short walk to St Kilda beach and the sea baths."

Saint Kilda Beach Hotel (formerly Rydges St Kilda)
10/10 Excellent
"Over the four days, I found the staff to be charming and helpful. The air con was perfect. It was clean and I felt safe. Cafe great too. Big mug of coffee. Will stay again"
"The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely being clean isn't too much to ask."

"Really can’t fault my overnight stay. Communication from the concierge was instant and were helpful in explaining what to do. Instructions also given over text and plenty of signage to make it easy.
Super comfy bed! Love the pull off shower head, milk, tea etc provided too. Will stay again!"
