"The staff was amazing! Wasn't expecting a parking fee, but understood why. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious! The omelet bar was amazing! Friendly staff there also! The gal at the bar was super sweet!"

"The cleaning staff was living in the room next door. They had a child that screamed in the early morning and late at night. We called and told the hotel that were coming in Saturday instead of Sunday. They made my boyfriend pay for an extra night and deposit. Then we had to return home early and he didn't get refunded for the room. He had to pay an extra 8 dollars a day for each of us to have the confidential breakfast which is usually free. But they only had it two days out of the 4 we were there. Staff was not very helpful."

Ice machine didn't work or the vending machine to get a water or soda so we went to the gas station next door. Should put a elevator in going up flights of stairs with luggage was not easy."

"Poor communication. Our flight on June 6th was cancelled. I tried to reach the hotel, to notify them that we would not be there on June 6 and I had no success. I was hoping that the hotel would consider waiving one night of our two night stay due to the reason of our cancelled flight. But there was no one to speak to about it. The phone just rang and rang. When we finally did arrive on the second day of our stay, they said we were a ‘no show’ on our first night. That is not true, I tried to contact the hotel and let them know why we were not able to check in. It was an unfortunate situation, I had been hoping to work through the issue with the hotel. However that did not happen"
