The bathroom design leaves a lot to be desired (no wall, so lack of privacy and despite the fan, moisture finds it way into the air in the bedroom), but the shower was hot & powerful enough. "Plenty of parking, great fast booking in. Very courteous and polite - even offering to take may bags to my room. Room lovely and clean and well presented. I requested a microwave and it was delivered immediately with a smile. I have stayed at the Ibis in Albany a few times. Great convenient location and restaurant. Thanks👍😊"
