We were right in the heart of the center easy walking distance to castle and pubs/ nightlife. The front desk is located just across the street and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! "It as a beautiful 1400 Grade 1-listed building, which was great, but I had problems with the shower. In my initial room the water was lukewarm at best.
