"Room a bit tired "

"Comfortable bed however on this occasion there was minimal hot water so started the day with a cold shower! Upon advising the team at reception there was no apology, just a simple comment of oh yes we are aware and it has been reported. That’s okay then is it?"

"Overall the stay was ok, the room was a good size for our family and breakfast was nice. However the hotel was a little run down and the pool and hot tub were cold. We didn't have a very enjoyable evening meal experience either as the staff made hard work of the ordering process and complicated it through having to order some bits from the bar and then waiting to order other bits from the restaurant menu. When i asked the main manager on duty what the food was like and what she recommended in the restaurant i was told i wouldn't know I've never eaten here so how would i know what its like. Great! Not impressed. "

"As expected for the price, room was very basic and a bit tired in places. Staff very friendly"

"Rooms are very durty and dusty ,the head board needs replacing all black bits falling off onto pillows , bed room skirting in need of repair ,furniture old and tatty. The bathroom has a shower over the bath tiles moldy and durty sink no plug. Bath side coming away from bath very durty ,under radiator very dusty. The corridor is very dark and carpets very durty door frames damaged. Do not stay at this hotel if you want agreenking keep going and looking. "
