"Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast had multiple options. Good location, walking distance to many restaurants and waterfront. There is no free parking in the hotel parking lot. Either pay the hotel extra or look for street parking, which also charges from 9am-6pm. "

"Staff was super welocming and an amazing joy. The texting was great also. We had dinner on site and the Chicken Balsalmic was 5 stars. The room was clean, but did notice a few issues. The grout in the shower needed cleaned thoroughly and the rust at the bottom of the shower doors. Overall would stay again and glad we selected this location."

"Breakfast doesn’t even start until 7. We had to leave before that. Many people stay for business and are gone by then. Also it was very cold and icy. The parking lot was pure ice and there was no salt or sand put down. We both almost landed on our faces and we had 2 children with us. "

"Our room was really dirty. I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed between guests. Never even saw any housekeepers until our last night and at that point we did t bother them. Truly believe it was a staffing issue."
