"Hotel room was clean. The pool water was too cold for me and there was no music or bar available during the day.
Natalie at the registration desk was amazing. I was observing her register guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Jessica helped me, it took her twice as long to register people and did not provide all the information that Natalie was proving to other guests."

"Ok room decor and condition. Sink had leak and and staff took forever to get us even towels to mop up the mess. They try to charge you for everything! The mandatory “resort fee” includes lots of useless BS, coffee in room that is self service and a workout facility that has NO water…some resort. Was pleased to have EV charging facilities which was - surprise- not free and not cheap"
"The room was so clean and large!! The beds were comfortable! The staff in the gift shop and the front desk were so accommodating and very pleasant to talk to made us feel right at home!! The only complaint I have is when we went to ask the concierge where to get something to eat she never suggested the two restaurants at the hotel!! Instead we got lost looking for a restaurant and eventually ended up about five blocks away!! We would have rather ate there!!"
"Stayed in West wing. Room could use some updates but was comfortable and clean. Just a little dusty. Walkway to building could definitely use a complete makeover and user friendly. Overall for is was perfect for our trip."
"So far this hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in since I've been coming to slc. I have to come for medical every 2-3 months. Not far from hospital. Rooms are clean, staff are pleasant, and had to use the shuttle a couple of times. The continental breakfast is great. Lots of variety. I'll be staying here again"
"I booked a room for June 7th.! Chicken in at 12:30pm. By 2:30pm the power went out. It came back on about 1.5 hrs later. Then at 6 pm it went out again and was off for 3 hrs at which time myself and many other guests were checking out! No lights, no AC, no elevators (which truly sucks when you’re on the 11th floor!"
