The hotel front desk clerk named Hailey was very accommodating. My reserved room was nowhere close to my sister in law’s family and when I told Hailey this she was able to switch it to the next door of my sil’s room. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Reno, especially because by the time we are back the elevators will be upgraded. "

We call for extra blankets and towels and Staff was always fast, checking with us since beginning. We went to 4 jacuzzi in different buildings, emazing views. Shuttle was always available to take us place to place. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Pool water was very pleasant. I definitely would stay again in the future. "
