The outdoor pool was not heated for the first couple days of our stay. We were happy that the heater was repaired and the pool heated for the last few days. We had always prioritized Palmetto in past years because of the warm pool. Rooms and grounds are well maintained.

very nice hotel i thought it was on the beach but its not you have to walk to it. its not far probably a 2 min walk they also have a golf cart that will drive you there if you call the front desk. you have to pay for a parking pass it’s $5 a day which surprised me because there was no mention of ...
