I used the venue the night before my wedding and had hair and makeup arrive early, the staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to start getting ready! "There was NO running water. I was there for 4 days. We were given bottled water to flush the loo. Bottled water to wash ourself. Bottled water to brush our teeth. Absolutely disgusting. Staff blamed it on too many visitor's using the water. Do NOT stay there. It was disgusting. "

"We had a really lovely hotel stay at The Wotton House Hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, our room was lovely overlooking the gardens, which with the hotel were both stunning, and the amenities were great. The only slight downside was the breakfast which was a little chaotic and could have been so much better if staff had managed to keep up with the service requirements. We spent most of the time searching round or asking staff for various items of cutlery, crockery and food items that were missing or had run out and there was quite a lot of mess and spillages that weren't dealt with. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect!"
