New property, everything works. The rooms have kitchens including hobs but no pots, pans, plates or cutlery so it seems a waste. Best if you have a car as nothing is walkable. We were on bicycles.

From the second the booking was made we could not have been happier. A PDF with details of everything you would need to know. I have a disability so was sent easy access instructions for the lodge. The room was fabilous. Clean, really well appointed with a great bathroom. Really comfy bed great pillows. We booked a stay here at the beginning of October. The hosts were so welcoming, and gave us ideas of where to explore in the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and so cosy. Breakfast was cooked fresh every morning, and the choices were delicious. There were freshly baked cookies daily, and other complimentary snacks I’d definitely return in a heartbeat

I always stay at Warren Lodge when skiing at Sugarbush. It is clean, private, communication is great.

Great stop off point as we were travelling through Vermont and on to the white mountains! Great place, good location and everyone was so friendly

Really nice room. Bathroom was a bit small but brand new with big shower. Very clean with comfortable beds. Will stay again.

Great views and quiet location. Comfortable communal areas, great walks around the surrounding forests and a wonderful spot to relax next to the lake. A short drive to Killington and all its attractions. Loved the cookies.
