We had a late check in, the front desk gentlemen was very nice.
The room was a ADA unit which was fine but unnecessary. It would have been nice to have a different room. It was also immediately by the dining area so was very noisy and busy.
The food staff was not very helpful as there was no butter, they ran out!!
The other items you might need for toast we not available unless you went into the tiny refrigerator and got them yourself. There was no fruit and the coffee was colored water and almost empty. I got the last cup. Every was very sparse. One person came over to escort the kids whos plates were puled high and they were eating in front of the toaster. Which was helpful to move them along for others to get a piece of toast since there was nothing else to eat. How do you run out of the essentials? you only do breakfast.? This is poor management
I drive this route monthly but will not stay here again.

Lovely hotel, clean and great breakfast. My concern is the handicap room did not have a grab bar near the toilet. Without that, I’m not sure it qualifies as a handicap room. Simple fix though but necessary.

Convenient location off I-5; good staff; good size room and room layout are all positives. Hotel needs updating, carpets and décor are pretty dated, breakfast is average quality although decent variety, mattresses are sagging and perhaps need replacement. I have been at other La Quinta Inns that are far better in ambiance and quality of accommodation than this property.

The sound of I-5 were very noticeable on our side of the building. Bed seemed used up. The thermostat in our room was malfunctioning. Luckily we could turn off the heater at the gfi.
People at the desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our stay was a pretty standard in and out. We appreciated that the staff prepareda list of recommended restaurants . We choose one and it was excellent. 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we’ll be back.

Every staff member that we encountered were happy and friendly. Oscar, who checked us in on Tuesday 12/26 evening, was exceptionally helpful! The TV controller was impossible to figure out. The room was attractive. The bed was too soft for my preference. The breakfast set up was fantastic. Over all a good overnight stay.

We were pleasantly greeted by a friendly desk clerk upon arrival. He asked us if we had a floor preference which was nice. He informed us about the amenities, fresh baked cookies and breakfast times. Then he provided us with a list with specific information about local area restaurants. So helpful. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. This hotel is also pet friendly which is a bonus. We will definitely stay there again.
