Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. "My stay at FLEXSTAY INN Shinagawa was amazing! I felt safe and the team/staff assured that I felt comfortable. They went out of their way to provide great assistance. I will keep FLEXSTAY INN Shinagawa in mind next time I visit Tokyo, Japan. Thank you!"

"Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo."
