Ficamos apaixonados por esse hotel! O Hotel parece ter saído de um filme, de tão lindo e aconchegante. Estava todo decorado para o Natal, o que trouxe ainda mais charme. O quarto é excelente, muito limpo e nos receberam até com chocolate! A equipe também é muito atenciosa, educada e solícita. Amamos o café da manhã pois tem uma variedade muito boa além de opções feitas na hora (omelete, tapioca, etc). Também curtimos muito as lareiras externas e até jantamos no hotel por duas noites - as sopas são uma delicia! O Hotel também possui estacionamento e uma parceria com academia local que foram duas comodidades que usamos bastante. Está próximo ao centro de Gramado e no caminho para Canela então é uma ótima localização. Fomos embora querendo voltar e passar mais dias no Tio Muller, valeu muito a pena!!!

Minha hospedagem foi perfeita, em todos os principais itens. Já na chegada vimos o cuidado dos funcionários em receber bem todos os hóspedes. Ambiente agradável e excelentes acomodações comuns, com decoração de muito bom gosto. O chalé é amplo, limpo, bem equipado e perfumado. Serviço de quarto impecável; camareiras educadas e prestativas. Mimos aos hóspedes e um café da manhã com opções variadas (garçons oferecem tapiocas feitas de modo personalizado); sem exageros e num espaço agradável (musuca clássica ao fundo contrastou com uma atração surpresa no sábado). O hotel fica próximo do centro de Gramado (cinco minutos de carro); e é bem pertinho das vias de saída - o que facilita a locomoção (estacionamento é gratuito). Recebi as informações certas e necessárias, sempre com imediato retorno e muito cuidado. Embora eu tente ser ponderado e compreensivo, sou observador e exigente em minhas viagens. No caso da Cabana Tio Müller, foi difícil achar algo de negativo. Claro que este nível de hospedagem atrai hóspedes especiais, mas o sentimento nestes quatro dias de estada foi o de haver ali uma cultura própria da gestão interna - o que indica valer pra todos. Plenamente satisfeito.
