All services were wonderful. I plan to visit the hotel again when I travel Gramado again. The breakfast menu was well prepared and healthy and I left a notebook, but they kept it well and sent it back to my home later. I really recommend this hotel. Especially, the location is wonderful. It is nestled just at staring point of wonderful Gramado center.

Ótimo café da manhã - além do buffet, opções a la carte muito interessantes, inclusive quanto a opções de cafés passados na hora. Equipe muito prestativa. Localizado no centro de Gramado - dá para fazer tudo caminhando pouco -, mas a uma distância suficiente para ser tranquilo e silencioso ao redor. Recomendamos fortemente
