Very confortable bed! The staff is very corteous and professional! The first impression could tell that we hit the nail! Marcos was very gracious and attentive !

A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

Nossa filha possui restrições alimentares severas e, logo de imediato, a equipe do restaurante se mostrou extremamente atenciosa. Um agradecimento especial e profundo à gerente Alessandra, que foi de uma sensibilidade rara: ela cuidou pessoalmente de cada detalhe, chegando a providenciar iogurtes veganos específicos e comprando as frutas preferidas dela para os sucos. Esse nível de cuidado personalizado nos trouxe uma paz imensa e fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Somado a esse atendimento impecável, o hotel é simplesmente lindo, charmoso e muito bem estruturado. O café da manhã oferece uma variedade excepcional e de altíssima qualidade. Para o lazer, a área comum é fantástica, com uma piscina aquecida maravilhosa que aproveitamos muito. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, limpos e transmitem um aconchego típico de Gramado. Hotel bonito, muito bem localizado. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso, com bastante opções, sempre fazendo reposição fazendo com que tudo se mantivesse fresquinho. O quarto, apesar de antigo, era grande e confortavel, muito bem limpo. Porém uma cobertinha extra que estava no bercinho para a nene estava com cheiro e aspecto de suja, não parece ter sido lavada. O espaço kids é bem legal, mas deviam trocar o piso para um emborrachado, o que esta la machuca quando a criança cai. Ja a academia foi uma grande decepçao! A estacao de musculacao é muito antiga e ainda por cima o pino de marcar o peso estava quebrado impossibilitando o uso do aparelho, so deu pra usar a esteira e os halteres. Um hotel que chama Bavaria Sport, devia dar mais atencao para a academia.
