Aparentemente o hotel não condiz com a nota no site. As instalações não são boas, me pareceram muito antigas. O quarto dá sinais de decadência. O café da manhã me pareceu que tudo era requentado. Contudo, pelo preço que cobra, penso que está correto. Não tem como exigir muito pelo preço cobrado. Mas por ser Gramado, a gente sempre espera um atendimento bom e boa comida e boas instalações, o que definitivamente não é o caso.
