Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable hotel with good facilities. Well presented golf course on undulating land. Would use a buggy when weather is hot but cooler temperatures carrying is good excercise. Breakfast and golf club food were excellent but out of season the main restaurants were not open. Good outside and indoor pools plus relaxation suite. Will return.

This hotel is more expensive than others close by but once you arrive you will appreciate that spending a little more is worth every penny. Other properties often do not have double glazing and this particular area in Ericeira can be noisy at night due to it being a very popular meeting point for after hours gatherings with loud music. Also there are daily collections of rubbish and when we stayed in other nearby accommodation we were woken up every morning at 8:10. This did not happen at...

Pros
1.Clean room; housekeepers available to clean
2.Very comfortable bed. Holiday inn is one of the chains with the most comfortable beds. I usually don’t sleep well at hotels but at holiday inn and express I always do.
3. Good breakfast selection, Portuguese pastries and bread. Also cereals; eggs
4.Friendly staff, they were happy to help or answer questions when I needed it.
Cons

Very thing was good, including, cleaning of the room , toilet, charging of towels on daily bases, breakfast was good. Adding some sauages to the menu would be nice. Just a suggestion. Over all good. We had happy stay

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Best check in I have experienced in Lisbon. Staff was prompt, friendly and above all very professional.
Best pillows in Lisbon
Great location

Only stayed one night but was very happy. Beds were very comfortable, good shower, strong wifi connection throughout the hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and nicely cooked. 3 min walk to both metro and overland trains (eg to Sintra) and 5 min walk to Lisbon Zoo. Only thing we didn't like was lack of free tea/coffee in the room, otherwise couldn't fault this hotel at all.

The hotel is situated very close to the metro station of Sao sebastiao metro station which is an easy connection to and from the airport and a short hop to the city centre, get of at restauradores station. Tip - When exiting Sao sebastiao station go left once you are through the exit barriers and then turn left again for the exit, you will be about 50 yards from the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet are and is very tidy inside with a 24 hour reception and a small bar. The rooms are adequate in size...

My stay at the Valverde Sintra Palacio Seteais was exceptional.
The staff was attentive from the moment I walked in and looked after me throughout my stay. The atmosphere is magical and each room makes you feel truly a princess.
A wonderful place that is very private and exclusive.
You are made to feel with a personal touch rather than just a customer .
Thank you for everything.
Annalisa you are amazing . Thank you

It was a real treat staying at Lawrence’s Hotel. The staff are lovely and the old fashioned and historic ambience is special. The location is superb. I would recommend arriving by taxi/bus/train rather than car as the streets are hard to navigate.
