"They had a system disruption at check-in, they could not create the door keys so someone had to manually walk us to our room each time. Minor inconvenience, but I tell you they executed it with grace and friendliness, and I was very surprised at how smooth it went for us. If you didn’t know it, you’d think that’s how they had to do things every day! And to compensate for the inconvenience, they did not take the incidental charge or charge us for parking."

"I arrived from Connecticut around 9:30 with my husband and two kids and there were people lingering out front and my husband witnessed a drug deal right in front of the lobby. I was inside with the kids waiting to be checked in and I called for assistance and took forever for someone to arrive. All night doors were slamming people screaming. The next morning we got up early to leave for Boston and as we were exiting our room the next room over two people screaming at eachother and the man was pushed out the room as the woman was throwing things at him. I was forced to tell the children to run fast to the elevator. If we didn’t travel far and the time we got there it was so late we would have left but I would not recommend staying here. The room was gross and the beds were like cots and the bathroom was dirty. And there “free breakfast” was coffee from what I can see as I literally threw the hotel room keys on the front desk to get out of there as fast as I could. "
