"Condition of room was pathetic, had mold all over the wall and windows. The linen provided was damp i guess thats due to the mold. Planned to stay for 4 nights but had to leave earlier, the manager asked me to pay for all the nights (although that’s my fault should have seen their terms and conditions earlier) but his attitude didn’t help my cause. Food provided was ok but wasn’t great by any means whether taste or presentation. "

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was...
