"Coffee too slow. Expensive machine, but takes too long when crowded. Chipped tub Poorly repaired concrete at one of the entrances, etc etc Staff was nice"

"Property was very close to Fort Drum, many places to eat, grocery stores were close by as well."

"The bedding and bathroom were fine. Both the chair and hassock in the room were mended with duct tape as well as the carpet outside the elevator on the 3rd floor. When I woke early to wanted to use the Internet the WiFi was terribly slow. The solution was to have someone reset the router ..... well, I just dealt with it until the morning (8am) when someone must have done that because WiFi was much faster for the balance of our stay."

"Overall room was great, clean and had everything we expected. Only issues were the microwave had notes of cleaning agents so maybe rinsing that so there is no scent. The bed cover/blanket had stains. Staff was great and took care of that right away. "

"I loved the Sherman Inn!! Jim and Donna were so friendly and I loved the history throughout. Truly a unique and wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious, the beds comfortable, the rooms were huge and you couldn’t ask for better company. I will stay again when in Ogdensburg. "
