"We’ve stayed here in 2024 for 8 nights and it was perfect so we decided to stay here again this time for 10 nights. We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. "Main tower where we stayed is older but immaculate. Rooms could use some modernizing. Bed was not super comfortable but useable. Was in a great location, across street from metro, and had a thousand amenities from restaurants, 7-11, and a bowling alley on site. Self service coin laundry was enormous and immaculate. Never tried buffet for breakfast as line was 30 mins+ every day. Rate was really good. Would stay again - no hesitation. "

"Proximity to Shinagawa train station is the primary reason for staying here. There is a direct train to Haneda airport within walking distance and it's only 330 yen. It's also one of the stations to catch the Shinkansen. Rooms are small. If you have a larger roller bag, there's no where to leave it open without it getting in your way. The two beds option makes it a very small space for two American-sized adults. Breakfast is great, the earlier you eat. They ran out of eggs before 8:30 am. "
