"The property was clean and spacious for Japan standards. Loved the coffee machine downstairs and the train stations were close by. Wished there were more restaurant options close by and an onsen in the hotel."

"Stayed at Omo5 Gotanda as a family of 4 (two elementary school kids). We got the deluxe room where there are two beds, then two more at the window cushioned benches. There were two sets of bedding in the closet. Once the beds were all set up, we all enjoyed having our own beds in a spacious room. Everything was clean. Amenities were well prepared. Front desk staff spoke good English. There were luggage lockers free for use for hotel guests. That helped us a lot in our departure day. We had the hotel breakfast one morning and it was yummy. Not huge portion but certainly enough to get you going for the day. Seven-elevens were nearby the hotel so no need to worry about getting some easy food. There is also a food hall right next to the hotel with good food options. Just make sure to check the business hours though. Overall, we loved our stay!"

"Staff was helpful but no knowledge of English which is really spoken pretty every in the world make it difficult to communicate and get things expedited….rooms where really small and uncomfortable to walk with another person … the toilet although comfortable was to close to the wall and you could sit well and normal …. Restaurant was average but friendly individuals took good care of us …."

"An upscale hotel around the area, they equipped with few fine dining options, even a 7-11 inside their building. Room is comfortable and staffs are professional and ready to assist. The only downside is the 8 -10 minutes walk to the hotel from the station. It is a gentle uphill which can be so tiring with the heavy luggages. They did not have the shuttle to the train station like the other hotels nearby, and this ended up to be a big negative for us with heavy luggages. Other than that, the hotel is great"

"We loved our stay at this hotel. My dad gets very tired walking long distances and this hotel is so centrally located we were able to make it to the train and explore the area easily. The staff was very helpful, especially the bellman who helped us get a cab and recommended places to go and spoke to our cab driver for us (we speak little Japanese). The hotel itself has sizable rooms (compared to our Tokyo hotel). Everything was clean and organized throughout. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay near the train without it feeling like it’s a quick stay/ commuter hotel. Would recommend."
