Our experience during the stay at the hotel was very comfortable, very good breakfast with so many items on board. Staff , and Managers had been very friendly, and caring. The security at the hotel was excellent. concierge services very good as had all the information we asked for.

Mattresses were not great at all It was too weared out

The hotel ambience was nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool was good and fitness centre was clean with good equipment. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of cold cuts. The waffle was excellent. Great place to unwind.

Not the biggest 5 star hotel in Ahmedabad but the best in terms of customer service. The service you receive from reception to restaurant to conceige is A1. Hyatt and Novotel might have more facilities but I prefer this hotel just cos they treat you as a valuable guest.

Staff are standout, nicer and more welcoming and professional than all the 5 stars I’ve stayed at.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in September 2016 and the hotel is very good. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are cleaned everyday. The location is perfect too. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel and this is very handy. Every morning the breakfast was amazing as well. If you want to eat dinner or lunch at the restaurant in the hotel make sure you place your order in advance! We had to wait nearly 45 minutes...

This hotel was very well kept and the staff by far were most attentive and incredible staff I have ever encountered! Great asset to this hotel! They always went above and beyond to help in any way they could!
