"Upon check in we upgraded to a king and the guy didn't know how to change that in the system w/out us having to cancel through hotels.com. Fortunately, his colleague was able to help. We were offered a 20% discount off of the hotel restaurant View 42, but when we tried to take advantage of it, no one knew what we were talking about. Hotel room very comfortable. Needs ice machines on each floor. View spectacular."
