"Convenient location - short stroll to the cruise terminal, cafes & restaurants and within walking distance of Hogarth Falls. Our room was clean, well-appointed and cosy, but needed better lighting. Having spent two days walking at Cradle Mountain it was nice to rest our weary legs in the spa bath. The room had a great view of the boats on the harbour and buildlings along the waterfront. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The onsite laundry was very useful, but be prepared for a small queue. "

"Great base to explore the National Park, enjoyed our meal (a treat) at the on-site Hell-Yers Restaurant. Very glad we’d booked that in advance! The breakfast hamper worked well for us to be able to cook our own breakfast in the morning, before heading on to our next destination. The accommodation was clean and had all the facilities needed, loved the balcony area for a cup of tea and birdwatching late afternoon "

"Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It had a lovely view of the bush and afforded an opportunity for sighting wildlife, however the balcony was minute. The breakfast buffet was varied and adequate. The quality of our evening meals was excellent and the staff serving us were friendly and efficient. Given the cost of the room ($450 per night) we were disappointed by the state of the carpeting adjacent to the balcony (see attached photo). This is something that should have been rectified. "
