"It was a great stay, only thing missing is a pool."

"It started off great upon arrival, kids were excited to swim. - Get to room & there is hair between blankets. -hot tub smelled like fecal and had 14+ people in it at a time - front desk called the room after 1030 waking everyone up to tell us they screwed up the check in and we needed to come down to pay something or else they threatened to charge the credit card on file (credit card only authorized for deposit*) - get to front desk after 1030pm and told a authorization needed to be made on credit card for extras (room service ect) - went back and forth about that for 15 mins with night manager and I ended up paying for the whole trip then and there. - next moring our alarm clock in room goes off at 637am waking everyone up and was told by front desk “it would only be set if we requested it” we absolutely did not. - trying to enjoy water slides in the am before check out and someone pooped in the water slide and no one was was informed. My niece had to let staff know and it was hush hush. NO ONE was informed. That’s disgusting. Was told upon checkout a manager would be in contact later that day to sort out a solution (refund) and that never happened. Still waiting. Based on our treatment, environment & experience there we will NEVER book with this hotel again. Save yourself the trouble."

"well appointed room, Roku tv, coffee/coffee maker with real coffee cups, windows open so freah air available, king size bed very comfortable, real glasses, parking available for a modest fee ($12.00/night), complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, staff friendly and helpful"

"Rooms were outdated and relatively small considering the size of the property. Staff did not look at special notes when checking in. Lobby and dining areas were beautiful but felt like it lacked the same amazement when it came to individual rooms"

"Spent one night for a staycation/birthday celebration for our toddler. Pool was fun, and just right for smaller children. The play structure was absolutely the best part for the kids. So fun."

"Room was clean and the hotel is under renovation but the last few times we’ve been there we never see any renovations in the rooms we are assigned. The lobby and restaurant, lounge are well designed, nicely decorated and modern looking but the guest rooms need redecorating desperately, they look worn and dated. Front desk staff, bar & restaurant staff and the valet staff were excellent!!"
