"Pros; Very nice hotel overall. Staff professional and courteous/helpful, brkfst offerings simple, but enough, convenient to all shopping and entertainment venues. Reasonably priced, flexible accomodations. Environ around hotel, semi-private by trees in back, quiet. Pool very nice. Captures feel of a country home with charm / country decor. Cons; Off a busy highway intersection, interior painting, bath fixtures needs updating...mard and rusting, spa jets not working (said waiting on part), some exterior lights by apt. Not on/,bulbs out and cobwebs on porches/fixtures. Hours of pool closing to early 9p. (10 better) Hours of breakfast done serving 10a too early - 11 better. But, felt very much like a simple country home ...comfortable, relaxing, pleasant. Will come back again. "

"Nice welcome upon arrival. The employees are professional and caring. Quality accommodations are located in a trending area. There is a Farmers Market, one of the oldest, located across the street. Check the dates/ times that it is open. Museums, shopping, and Franklin and Marshall are within an easy distance. Parking at this central city location is easy; the parking garage is a city facility. Note: Check-in and then drive to the garage. The Marriott and baggage carts are accessible on the second floor of the garage. We enjoyed the hotel's quiet atmosphere located in the heart of Lancaster. "

"King Deluxe room was one of the largest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in for the price paid. Almost like a suite. Loved the exposed brick, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure/temp in shower. We were even provided complimentary rose and chocolates. What an excellent experience!"

"location was good. wish the restaurant was shellfish free so we could have enjoyed that option as we had someone severely allergic. shellfish allergen is water soluble so someone severely allergic cannot be in area where it is being cooked. but that would not keep us from recommending or staying again. very happy with our stay. loved starbucks in the morning"
