Stayed here before and thought it was ok then but this was worse and now with having to pay for parking and unfriendly staff means we wont be coming back again "

"I stayed in the main building with heigh ceilings & it is full of character . The staff are unbelievably friendly & quite happily amended my evening meal to suit me . Fabulous views from many rooms & the sunset has to be seen from the large terrace . Within 1 minute , you are in the historic town centre "
