"Room was clean but had an old smell to it. There was No shower curtain, how does housekeeping miss that. Room was freezing cold. Heater didn’t work. Only worked on cold. Went to bed thinking the heat would come on after setting it to heat and froze all night. Only 1 Elevator working and felt like it was going to break down. This hotel needs renovating Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room rate was very good but I guess you get what you pay for in this case. Staff was very friendly. "

"Room needs serious upgrade! Very old and dated. Carpet frayed and coming up at the bathroom door. Carpet overall looks old and dirty. On a positive note, room was great location to parking garage. Property was not crowded at all for a Friday night!"

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."

"Cheap rooms"

"The hotel is old, but extremely well kept, and the staff was all amazing! A very neat place with paintings of many movie stars and movie scenes all over the walls throughout. The beds were great, the shower very good, and there was a free hot breakfast that was also very good. The restaurant/lounge onsite is very neat - stop in and see it even if you aren't hungry or thirsty. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was a trip to Vegas that turned into this amazing trip to your Laughlin and not knowing anything about your facility. As my husband was driving thought we were going in the middle of nowhere. Once we got there and got info about what was was available -the children was very excited as well as myself. We loved the pool and beach . It was a very enjoyable trip and I've shared your info to others and will be back. My rating is a 10 plus moreb10's"
