"The private beach was closed to swimming. If you wanted to lay on a chair on the beach you had to pay extra. None of this was explained to us. Showers are dangerously slippery & don’t have a door/curtain over half of it so you flood out the bathroom. Water took forever to get warm & then didn’t stay a consistent temperature. Pros were the rooms themselves were decently clean and over all pretty nice. The option for room service for 18% was a nice surprise. Access from out side to front desk was perfect, then just a very short walk to the elevators. The beach access was also used from the same elevator."

"The room just had a bed, no chair, table or desk. Only one set of towels. We stayed for two nights and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned the first day. Check in was very slow. The property was old and needed cleaned up and renovated."

"Really wanted to do with them her room was very clean the staff is superb very friendly and very helpful needed help getting down to the lower levels the security guard help this down with the security freight elevator and got us around the stairs and back up after wandering around the Riverwalk the casino OMG great place had good luck I would highly recommend the Edgewater"

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
