Very nice place to stay in Golden.

Shari was an amazing host, very friendly and knowing. She suggested a few places to visit and see. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was alone on the floor, so I had the shared bathroom for myself. Otherwise I'd have had to share. The Internet was fast. Because of COVID there was no breakfast but Shari made sandwiches and a lunch box. That was very kind of her.

We stayed in a very comfortable room with free wi-fi. Breakfast was bacon\eggs and cooked to order. Our host was very kind and provided us with a room with its own sink and toilet of the bedroom. She had kindly switched rooms for us after I had contacted her about a mistake I had made while booking on expedia. Price was great.

Hosting of a different kind

Homely and cordial accommodation in a family hotel. Good breakfast. Disadvantages: Shared bathroom with other guests ... Overall not bad. Golden's distance from attractions. We really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing stay at Country Comfort! Shari and Wendell were amazing hosts, offering delicious breakfasts in the morning as well as suggestions and recommendations for food and activities in the area. Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a crackling fire in the fireplace the night we arrived in the common area downstairs. Golden was a perfect spot to explore Yoho! We would highly recommend their beautiful home and look forward to staying again when we come back to the Canadian Rockies! Thank you again!

Très bonne adresse pour séjourner proche du Yoho parc , et le lac Louise. L'accueil était très bien et personnalisé. Les hôtes ont répondu a toute nous attente et se sont montrés discret. La chambre et la salle de bain (commune) sont très propre. Seul la rue devant la maison est passante et peu gêner si la chambre donne sur la rue. Sinon très bien

Comfortable centrally located home

From the moment we arrived Sherry and Wendell were great hosts. the house presented as very large, bright and spotless clean. our comfortable large room had a queen bed, a single bed and a bathroom with toilet and sink. We shared a bathroom with a shower right outside our door. The house was centrally located with close access to the downtown area, the river and any services we needed just a few moments walk away. Sherry recommended some nearby restaurants and walks. We certainly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it to any visitors to Golden. We will book it again when we go back for another golf trip.

Very warm welcome. Good parking. Close to good eateries. I liked the guest common room and the shared breakfast table. The only reason I didn’t give a complete excellent across the board was because the bathrooms are shared.
