Love the fact they don't mind you using the dining room for a takeaway and you can check in well before the usual 3-4pm, allowing you to make more of the arrival day. "My husband and I, along with our dog, have just spent a wonderful week at Garden View. The hosts, who live in the main house at the address, Steve and Judy, were welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in a perfect place for exploring South Devon with a bus stop just yards away that runs hourly to Brixham min one direction and Kingswear (for Dartmouth via ferry) in the other. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s in a beautiful location with stunning views. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was that our room was very hot. Although two fans were provided, it was still difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
