  • We had a pleasant walk along the walkway to a cafe. There isn’t much to do here but it is very pretty and great for dog walks. It has a very rural feel to it even though it is a seaside village.

Overnight stay

We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future.

Torquay Apartment

Lovely apartment overlooking the garden, large sumptuous bed, separate lounge, spotless bathroom and superb fitted kitchen, our hosts had thought of everything and were very friendly and welcoming every time we met, couldn't ask for more!! Torquay is lovely, and this little find, particularly for those that enjoy a stroll into the main hub, is just perfect. I highly recommend this property

Exceptional standard house - highly recommended.

The owners, who live on site, are passionate about providing quality accommodation (the house we rented and a number of apartments). Their attention to detail is fantastic. They also have a great sense of style. We wanted for nothing and were extremely comfortable. The house is spacious, over 3 floors and has new bathrooms and a kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding elegance and comfort

Spotlessly clean, magnificent spacious rooms in a lovely Old House with gardens, (lit attractively at night). Kitchen fully equipped with every possible thing needed to prepare meals. Dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, oven and microwave etc. Welcoming to dogs (basket provided with treats, a throw and towels). Warm welcome from owners.

Muntham apartments

Excellent location and good communication, room was ready early, which was a bonus, straightforward check in. Short walk down the hill into town or take a bus. The local shops, pub and restaurants are only a few minutes away.

We stayed at Muntham luxury apartments for three nights, the apartments are so well equipped in every aspect, kitchen, bathroom living area etc, the owners have thought of everything you may need for a short break. The beds are super comfy and the bedding top quality. Grant recommended a couple of walks which we tried, they were tiring but great. I would have no hesitations in recommending the Muntham Luxury apartments to friends an d family.

Our first time in Torquay that definitely won’t be our last in part do to the Muntham Holiday Apartments we stayed in room 4 which was a lovely apartment with many nice touches to make our stay even more comfortable (the M&S biscuits are a nice touch) After a really warm welcome and fire briefing we walked to the local village which is a 5 minute walk where we found there to be a great cafe for breakfast a local pun chemist and many other shops to explore - Torquay centre is about 5-7 minutes in a taxi costing £5.00 each way The Muntham Holiday apartments look exactly like the images shown and is a perfect place to stay to explore Torbay

Spacious accommodation for a family holiday

We stayed in the town house which is a good choice for families. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The accommodation was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was in the basement, it was a fairly steep staircase which may be a concern for the very young or old. It is situated about midway between Torquay and Babbacombe. Walking anywhere means tackling hills, it is a much easier walk to Torquay than from, but there are regular buses. A five minute walk is there is a local Co-Op, plus a deli, cafes and a pub, so fairly easy to get something to eat or bring something back to prepare. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner was friendly and is around should there be any questions.

Great accommodation

Second stay in the beautiful Muntham townhouse (and we will be back!). For a family of 4 the townhouse has plenty of space for the whole family to relax, lovely decor, plenty of equipment etc (especially in the kitchen) and lots of nice touches which make it feel like a home from home. Good base for exploring the local area (on foot and by car/public transport).

Townhouse - home from home...

We stayed as a family of 4 (with two slightly older children) in the townhouse which was very spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated. Nice welcome on arrival. Lots of thoughtful touches and well equipped. We will be staying again.
