"A large room with good view of area and ocean
Clean room and serviced two times in 7 day stay
Great breakfast and good location right in the middle of Surfers Paridise
Staff in hotel were always pleasant and helpful"
"In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes:
1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us.
2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??"
"We had a great stay at the sovereign, great location and fantastic amenities. We were delighted to see how spacious the unit was! Definitely a good pick"
